(i) Organizational Research and Corporate Governance :- This unit deals with strategic planning of organizations; policy developments; organizational restructuring; baseline surveys; situational analysis; tracer studies; satisfaction surveys; value for money audits; cost benefit analysis; competence analysis; training needs assessment; skills gap analysis; staffing and recruitment; job evaluations; and market trends analysis.
(ii) Corporate Training:- This unit deals with training organizations in devolution; corporate governance; consultative selling; blue ocean strategy; balanced score card; paradigm shift; relationship management; strategic management; succession planning; finance for non-finance personnel; change management; corporate communication; effective delegation; customer relations; performance management; policy development; rapid results management; team work; effective service delivery; organizational culture change; human relations and business management.
(iii) Project Management:- This unit deals with the study, design, development, implementation, support or/and management of projects including development of project policies; project appraisals; project finance; project monitoring; development of project proposals for funding; project audits and standardizations; project evaluations and development of project monitoring and evaluation systems.
